I have been a Kindergarten teacher for eight years, and a teacher’s aide for four years at SJA. I went back to school and changed careers in 2000 after volunteering in my son’s classroom and realizing that teaching is my passion. I truly look forward to coming to work and being with the kids. My goal has always been for students to love learning and enjoy school. I am very blessed to work in a Catholic school where students can learn to be Christ-like.
I’ve been married over twenty years and have a son at Western Oregon University. I received my Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from Western Governors University.
I love running, hiking, and outdoor activities, which I try to implement in field trips and in other ways during the school week.
