Mary-Catherine Sewell is St. John’s middle school math, religion and 8th grade home room teacher. She received both her Bachelor of Business Arts and her Masters of Teaching from the University of Portland. She’s also studied at Cambridge University in England and received a Learning Styles Certificate from St. John’s University in New York. Within the state of Oregon, she’s licensed in Advance Math Endorsement, thru AP Calculus, basic math, and elementary education. She has taught at various Catholic grade schools in the area, but we’re glad she made her way over to Oregon City to teach at St. John’s. Mrs. Sewell is obsessed with Snoopy, but she also enjoys traveling, gardening, canning, photography, board games, and mystery novels. Above all, she loves to play with her 4-legged baby girl, Maggie.
