I’ve been a 2nd grade teacher at SJA since 2006. I graduated from Western Oregon in 1989 and taught and substituted for 3 years and then stayed home to raise my 3 kids, all whom have graduated from St. John the Apostle.
Teaching runs in my family. My grandmother taught in a one-room shoolhouse in Nebraska. My mom and dad were both teachers in the Medford area. My favorite subject to teach is religion. Second grade students are ready to learn about the teachings of Jesus in the sacraments and their hearts are yearning for His grace!
When I’m not cheering on the OSU Beavers or Green Bay Packers, I might be gardening, boating, beading, reading or vacationing in Hawaii.
