 As our month of May passes so quickly here are a few important things to look at:
June Prepaid Lunch Menus are due in Mrs. Aguilar's box Monday May 24th. SJA Library Book Fair runs Wednesday May 19th through Monday May 24th. Sale will be all school days from 3:15 to 4PM and 6:15 to 6:45PM both evenings before the Musical and 1 to 3:30PM on Sunday May 23rd. Are you ready to be amazed yet again?  Hopefully you will be able to see our talented Saints & Scholars in SJA's version of "CHARLESTON"! Performances start Friday evening May 21st at 7 PM. Second performance will be Saturday May 22nd at 7PM. Final performance is Sunday May 22nd at 2PM. Tickets are $5 for Adults $3 for Students... a One Performance Family Pass will be $15 and a Three Performance Family Pass is $40. VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE To all SJA Parents: 8:00 AM Mass means you need to arrange to have your Saint & Scholar in the Parish Center by 7:55 AM with their House buddy to be in Church by 8:00 AM. There have been way too many Tardy students lately.  ...Thanks for delivering them to us on time to finish out the 2009/2010 school year on a most positive note with these last three ..."3"... Thursday Masses!Please note the following... ***Baccalaureate Mass for the SJA Class of 2010 will be MONDAY JUNE 7th at 8AM. THIS WILL BE the LAST ALL SCHOOL MASS of the year. - There will be NO Thursday All School Mass on June 10th.
***Kindergarten News! Remember those of you who have a current Kindergartner that they will only have a half day of school on Kindergarten Visitation Day Thursday May 27th. Mrs. Walsh and Mrs. O'Leary will be preparing to greet next years class from 11: 30 AM on! There will be a letter going out to you too as we will need to know if your child needs to stay on that day with our Extended Care Staff. So please check your calendars and make other arrangements if possible. Early Dismissal Friday May 28th at 11:30AM NO SChOOL MAY 31st 2010. |
